Privacy policy

What we collect
When you contact us by form, email, text, or phone, we keep what you send: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message. When you become a client, we also keep the information needed to build and run your site and phone line: your public business listing details, the content you give us, call and text logs from the line we provision for you, and billing details held by our payment processor (we never see your full card number).
How we use it
- To reply to you and to do the work you hired us for.
- To send you the monthly report and billing notices.
- To text you back when you have asked us to, or when you have missed a call on a line we run for you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our email, phone lines, hosting, and payments, and only so they can do that work.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number on our contact form or by texting us, you agree that we may text you about your request and, if you become a client, about your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
If you are a client, the line we provision for you sends a text to callers who miss you. Those callers can reply STOP to that line at any time, and we honor it.
Marketing email
If you received an email from us you did not ask for, it was sent because your business is listed publicly and we thought we could help. Every such email says who we are, gives our postal address, and includes a way to opt out. Opt-outs are honored within ten business days, and usually the same day.
How long we keep it
Prospect contact details are deleted within 12 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept while you are a client and for three years after, for tax and dispute purposes. Call and text logs are kept for 12 months.
Your choices
Email hello@tradefrontaz.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will answer within ten business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
